Brooke & Company has been designed for you, the Event Planner or Hotel Conference Coordinator to have the option of offering to your client a variety of activities to provide an environment for overall conference, meeting and event success! Choose from an active or a relaxing “Health Break” and/or Health Topic to assist in keeping participants feeling great through the day while ensuring meeting goals are met. Participation is voluntary, easy to follow and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace!

Health Break Options:

Stretch, Breathe, Revitalize Intermission -

Participants will be guided through simple, easy to follow stretches to soothing, yet energizing music that will improve their mood, clear their mind and relax the body to decrease tension that comes from sitting in all day meetings. Choose from 15 to 75 minute sessions. These exercises can be done standing, sitting and/or lying down. Accommodations will be made based on your group needs.

Boot Camp In The Ballroom - Boot Camp gives participants the ability to move around at their pace to exercise stations to improve their strength, stamina and flexibility designed to energize and motivate their meeting day! Brooke has the know-how to energize your team and will choose activities that will accommodate specific group needs. Choose from 30 to 75 minutes sessions. You provide the space and we will bring the rest!

Dance Movement Breaks - Participants will find themselves dancing and laughing their way to a healthier more productive day. Choose from 30 to 75 minutes of line dancing or low impact cardio dance moves to music from the genre that will most satisfy the group dynamics! A wonderful team building event and sure to be a highlight in the days activities!

Brooke Underbrink, RN Brooke is a Registered Nurse, Emergency Room Case Manager with a background of over 20 years in destination resort spa management and group exercise instruction. Brooke works with individuals in life crisis situations related to trauma, emergency medicine and lack of overall balance in their lives. Her desire is to educate and motivate people to take charge of their lives related to their health. She holds national certifications in Emergency Medicine, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Group Exercise Leadership, and Weight and Lifestyle Management Coaching.

Brooke has taught dance and a variety of group exercise classes in Texas and Colorado to groups ranging from 5 to 5000! She worked with the world-renowned Greenhouse Destination Spa and Resort, the Argyle Spa, and Copper Mountain Resort as a personal trainer, group exercise leader and speaker in weight management to both adults and adolescents. Brooke’s desire is to empower individuals to find within themselves the confidence, commitment and perseverance to make choices now that will allow them to live each day as if it was their last!
